The Alliant Energy Foundation Service Anniversary Grants Program benefits non-profit organizations chosen by employees celebrating service anniversaries with Alliant Energy, its predecessors or subsidiaries. Grants ranging from $25 to $250 are awarded for every five years of service, five to 50 years.
In 2011, 315 employees submitted applications to celebrate their milestone anniversary. Subsequently, $18,550 in grants to non-profit groups was awarded in the employees’ honor.
