These software-based energy management tools allow network administrators to remotely manage Windows-based PCs from one central location. This includes setting power management features and turning off computers and monitors when they’re not needed.

How do I qualify?

  • Equipment must be ENERGY STAR qualified.
  • A copy of the report from the network management software verifying the number of PCs being controlled by the software and the number of computers authorized per license will be required.
  • Equipment must be located in a building that receives its electricity from Alliant Energy.
