Note: ENERGY STAR qualified LED light bulbs and light fixtures are new to the marketplace. As such, they may be difficult to find. The selection should continue to grow in the marketplace. Alliant Energy is working with dealers to encouraging stocking of qualifying LED bulbs and fixtures. Until they are available at your local retailer, feel free to make a special request the product, and mention that this will help you to shop local. You can also check the ENERGY STAR product list to confirm which LED bulbs and fixtures qualify. You can also shop online for qualifying bulbs and fixtures.

Qualifications

  • Alliant Energy must supply your electricity.
  • Rebate amounts will not exceed 50 percent of equipment purchase price.
  • CFLs and LEDs purchased with instant rebates do not qualify for a mail-in rebate.
  • A minimum purchase price of $1 per CFL bulb, excluding tax, is required.
  • Download claim forms at alliantenergy.com/forms.
  • All LED bulbs and fixtures must be ENERGY STAR qualified.
  • All lighting rebate claim forms must include the ENERGY STAR logo and UPC code.
