Alliant Energy provides innovative training and development opportunities for professional advancement and continuing education. It’s the ideal environment to launch your career and continue to grow.
	Business training opportunities include leadership and management skills, group facilitation, communication skills, diversity, team building, consulting, coaching, change management and more. Technical training available includes computer technology, electric and gas operations, safety, apprenticeships, engineering, environmental and more. In addition to structured training courses, we fuel development through temporary assignments, stretch jobs, assignment rotation and coaching. Tuition reimbursement, professional memberships and conference/seminar participation are also available for continuing education.
