Energy Assistance Center

To help streamline the application and funding process, Alliant Energy’s online Energy Assistance Center provides energy assistance agencies with instant and secure access to view and update customer information.

How does it work?

Instead of phoning our call center, agency staff can complete necessary tasks online quickly and easily.

Some of the convenient services include:

  • Viewing a customer’s usage and payment history;
  • Viewing a customer’s disconnect history;
  • Entering a promise to pay agreement; and
  • Entering other comments on customers’ accounts.

Our online Energy Assistance Center is free of charge to agencies who partner with Alliant Energy.
