To report a street light outage, please fill out as much information as you can on the form below.

Please Note: Customers wanting a street light removed or a new street light installed need to contact their city clerk for these requests. Customers wanting their own rental security light installed, removed or repaired need to contact our Customer Service Center at 1-800-ALLIANT (1-800-255-4268).

If you need to report an emergency situation, please do not use this form or send an e-mail. To report a downed power line, natural gas leak, carbon monoxide alarm or other emergency, please call 1-800-ALLIANT (1-800-255-4268).

Describe street light location (1 per form): Remember that all street lights appear to not be working during daylight hours, so your specific directions help eliminate confusion and delays when making repairs.
