Generally, these sites have a minimum of 80 acres, are served by Alliant Energy electric and/or natural gas, and are development-ready. Many sites are larger than 80 acres and some are rail served. Some Alliant Energy Growth Sites are not only served by Alliant Energy, but are being developed by us as well.
