Corporate Responsibility Report

A message from Lisa

Corporate responsibility reflects our commitment to our purpose — serving customers and building stronger communities – by delivering safe, reliable and cost-effective energy that powers homes, businesses and opportunities across the communities we serve. Guided by our Energy Blueprint, we’re expanding generation capacity through a balanced energy mix that supports reliability in all conditions as we advance environmental stewardship and the responsible use of natural resources.

Our commitment goes beyond how we generate and deliver energy. It includes how we support the communities we serve, care for the environment and work together to deliver operational excellence. In 2025, our teams contributed over $6.5 million in community giving and volunteered more than 66,000 hours in support of local organizations across Iowa and Wisconsin, reinforcing our commitment to building stronger communities.

I encourage you to explore our Corporate Responsibility Report to learn more about our progress and how we bring our purpose to life through responsible actions, meaningful investments and a commitment to helping build stronger, more resilient communities for generations to come.

Our Environmental Stewardship Goals*

Our environmental stewardship is focused on meeting our customers’ energy needs affordably, safely, reliably and sustainably. Our voluntary goals include:

By 2040:

  • Eliminate all coal from our generation fleet.

By 2050:

  • Aspire to achieve net-zero greenhouse gas emissions from our utility operations.

We will continue to review and update our goals, based on future economic developments, evolving energy technologies and emerging trends in the communities we serve.

*Increasing customer energy needs, reliability and resource adequacy requirements, and tax policy changes may result in delays in achieving, or revisions to, our goals. The ability to achieve our goals is subject to various additional risk factors as described in our U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Form 10-K. Goals are not to be considered guidance.
