Gas meter exchange form

Certain Iowa customers are eligible for free gas meter exchanges. We notify customers via letter when they become eligible.

If you have received a letter, please complete the form below. A customer service administrator will follow up with you within five business days.

If you have a gas emergency such as a leak or odor, do not fill out this form; immediately call 1-800-ALLIANT (800-255-4268) for assistance.
