Important account information

If you wish to give someone else authority to discuss your account with us, please complete and submit the Authorization to Release Information Form.

Without a completed form, we will not discuss your account with anyone not listed on the account.
If you or someone in your household uses life support equipment or has a health problem, please ask your healthcare provider to call us at 1-800-ALLIANT (800-255-4268). They should tell us the type and duration of illness and any life support equipment used. Life support equipment is electrically powered medical equipment necessary to sustain life or vital functions.

For your safety, we recommend having an alternate plan, power source and equipment option in the event of power outages or unforeseen circumstances. We do our best to restore service as quickly as possible. Depending on the cause and extent of damage to our system, restoration can take minutes, hours or even days.
