They should tell us the type and duration of illness and any life support equipment used. Life support equipment is electrically powered medical equipment necessary to sustain life or vital functions.
For your safety, we recommend having an alternate plan, power source and equipment option in the event of power outages or unforeseen circumstances. We do our best to restore service as quickly as possible. Depending on the cause and extent of damage to our system, restoration can take minutes, hours or even days.
