Our Business Energy Solutions program makes it easy to upgrade and tune up your equipment for maximum energy efficiency.

For a limited time only, we are offering double rebates on business HVAC and refrigeration tuneups. A contractor must complete the work between May 1 and June 30, 2025.

• Lower your utility bills and operating costs with energy efficiency improvements.
• We pay up to 70% of the total project cost of updates directly to your contractor.

How it works

• Complete the interest form. For questions, email us at [email protected] or call the Alliant Energy Business Resource Center at 1-866-ALLIANT (866-255-4268).
• Your contractor will evaluate current equipment, identify improvement opportunities and provide a proposal with upgrade recommendations, project costs, payback and rebate information.
• Schedule the projects you approve with your contractor.
• Our rebates pay a fixed amount for tuneups and up to 70% of project costs for lighting and refrigeration retrofits directly to your contractor. You simply pay the balance.
• Enjoy long-term savings on energy costs.

To qualify for HVAC tuneups, you must be a business customer and receive electric service from Alliant Energy.

For lighting or refrigeration retrofit projects, your facility must:

• Receive electric service from Alliant Energy.
• Have an annual electric billing of less than $100,000.
• Occupy less than 50,000 square feet.
• Receive landlord approval if you lease the facility.
• For lighting projects, choose ENERGY STAR or Design Lights Consortium qualified lighting.
