Commercial natural gas furnace
Qualified furnaces have higher Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency (AFUE) ratings and higher efficiency blower motors, making them more efficient than non-qualified models.
Beginning January 1, 2023, commercial customers purchasing and installing qualified furnaces from participating distributors will receive an instant discount at the point of purchase. The rebate is discounted up front and will no longer require a claim form for participation. Furnaces sold by our participating distributors that meet the following qualifications are eligible for the the instant discount:
- Units less than 225,000 BTUH.
- Furnace must be listed in the current AHRI directory.
- Must be an Alliant Energy gas customer.
The following instant discounts are the minimum amounts customers may qualify for when purchasing a furnace:
