Through this program, we help ensure industrial sites have the most up-to-date, professionally researched and customized information to appeal to site selectors.
Sites that qualify for the program may be eligible for matching funds for due diligence efforts and marketing, including an environmental site assessment that may otherwise be cost prohibitive.
How we will promote your property:
- Feature your land at industry-specific trade shows and conferences, and put it in front of decision-making executives.
- Promote your property on alliantenergy.com/economicdevelopment, a news and information hub for site selectors.
- Highlight your site in our online newsletter, sent to over 3,700 site location consultants. This newsletter receives significant open and click-through rates.
Ready Site prerequisites:
- Located within Alliant Energy’s electric and/or natural gas Iowa service area.
- Single site for a large industrial facility or a potential industrial park under friendly control.
- LOIS-listed site with land sale price and complete infrastructure information.
- Recent regional workforce and/or labor shed data available.
